Jeffrey LeBoeuf picture

Jeffrey J. LeBoeuf, CAE grew up in rural south Louisiana.   He is a classically trained hospital administrator, having received an MBA and a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Missouri after completing his undergraduate work in Business Administration from LSU.    He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Administration.   

In 1997, he left the hospital industry to begin an association management firm.    His clients included the Mississippi and North Carolina Osteopathic Medical Associations, The Mississippi Psychological Association, The Mississippi Society of Association Executives and the American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine.    After accepting university employment in 2009, Jeffrey kept only one client, the American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine, from his management firm. 

In addition to his work in Association Management, LeBoeuf has maintained a career in osteopathic graduate medical education administration.  Since September 2021, Jeffrey serves as the Director of Residency Programs and Designated Institutional Official for SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City.   From March 2016 to June 2021, Jeffrey served as the Chief of GME and Clinical Rotations at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.   Between August 2009 and February 2016, Jeffrey was the Executive Director of the Osteopathic Medical Education Consortium of Oklahoma (OMECO), the OPTI for Oklahoma State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine; while there, OMECO expanded GME positions in Oklahoma by 300.     

Jeffrey has been married to his lovely wife, Ronda, for 35 years.   They have been blessed with six daughters, ages 18 to 29.   Jeffrey and Ronda welcomed their first granddaughter, Aspen, on March 16, 2020, and their second, Sage, on September 2, 2022.   Jeff enjoys telling stories, speaking to crowds of really smart people, and working with medical students, residents and teaching faculty as well as his professional colleagues.
