Conference Information

TUITION: Fee schedule.  Early Bird Rate is good until February 14, 2023.  Afterwards, tuition increases by $100.  As always, AOCOPM members receive a reduced rate.

HOTELBook your hotel room at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza.  The last day to book at the group rate, $159 ($123 government), is February 22, 2023. Parking is $23 per night. If you make your hotel reservations over the phone (800-810-3708) make sure to let them know you are with AOCOPM in order to get the group rate. If you are tax exempt (Missouri only), you must provide a paper copy of that tax exempt letter at CHECK IN.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that AOCOPM will refund your registration fee, less 10% (for credit card processing fees), as long as the refund is requested no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Grievance Procedure

Please let Jeffrey LeBoeuf, CAE or one of the AOCOPM officers or staff know immediately if you have any problems with facilities, handouts, program content, or any other issue with this conference.  Concerns about the CME program’s compliance with the AOA “Uniform Guidelines” may be expressed to the accredited sponsor—American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine (AOCOPM) during the conference or after by calling AOCOPM at (800) 558-8686.  Copies of these guidelines are available upon request.  Unresolved issues regarding compliance with the AOA “Uniform Guidelines” can be brought to the attention of the AOA Division of CME (312) 202-8000 (option 2 to connect to CME) or via mail to 142 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL  60611-2864.
