AOCOPM 2027 Midyear Educational Conference and OPAM Workshop

Schedule

Midyear Conference attendees will earn 20-22.5 AOA 1A CME credits with presentations covering all three divisions, Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and Aerospace Medicine. Thursday will include an Occupational Medicine Grand Rounds. 

The Basic Course in Occupational Medicine, Part I will begin on Saturday afternoon and finish on Sunday afternoon.  Midyear Conference attendees may attend the Saturday presentations of the Basic Course.

Hotel

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel in downtown OKC is located next to the new Oklahoma City Convention Center, Paycom Center, and the new 70-acre Scissortail Park. The hotel's physical address is 100 West Oklahoma City Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73109.  AOCOPM Group Rate $225 is available until Monday, February 8, 2027, 5 PM Central.  Venue details PDF.  Note that the booking page includes three days before and after the conference for your convenience.  Come early or stay longer and enjoy OKC at the group rate.

Travel.

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is about 10 miles from the Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) in downtown Oklahoma City.  A rideshare (Uber, Lyft) to the hotel is recommended. If you are driving, the hotel has $39 valet.  However, the Convention Center garage across the street is only $10 a day.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that AOCOPM will refund your registration fee, less 10% (for credit card processing fees), as long as the refund is requested no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Grievance Procedure

Please let Jeffrey LeBoeuf, CAE, or one of the AOCOPM Officers know immediately if you have any problems with facilities, hand-outs, program content, or any other issue with this conference. Concerns about the CME program’s compliance with the AOA “Uniform Guidelines” may be expressed to the accredited sponsor—the American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine (AOCOPM) during the conference or after by calling AOCOPM at (800) 558-8686. Copies of these guidelines are available upon request.
